Annie is a highly experienced veterinary clinical research professional with deep expertise in study and data management, clinical monitoring, monitor and site training, FDA‑CVM inspection readiness, and recruitment and operational strategy. She has supported dozens of pivotal and pilot studies across canine, feline, and equine therapeutics, including numerous products that have successfully achieved FDA‑CVM approval.

 Her background includes leadership roles within multiple veterinary CROs, where she trained monitoring teams, built EDC systems, authored protocols and study documentation, and served as a Sponsor Representative. Annie founded Transcend ARM, LLC to provide Sponsors with high‑quality, inspection‑ready study data grounded in FDA‑CVM expectations.
